Business Planning is a strategic function that requires an overview of the resources, skill-sets and experience levels available, capacities, training levels and work types (existing load and anticipated demand). This team reports directly to the CEO.
Planning of projects is carried out in accordance with client needs, keeping in mind the nature of the requirement, human resources required, time-lines applicable and the duration of the project. Keeping the scale-up period in mind, resources go into training, mentoring, and other administrative activities. With the utilization of our ERP tools, our projections have always been very close to our client’s requirement.
Training: Our training methodology revolves around a judicious mix of class room training and mentoring. New entrants receive training based on internal SOP’s and IT policies. They are then inducted into general Pharmacovigilance, client’s SOP, policies and work processing conventions, and the client’s database, if required. Once classroom training is complete, new recruits are handed over to experienced mentors who handle overall development of our scientists.
